Returns & Exchanges

 

All non-sale items purchased online via our OSKER website can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit. All store credits are valid for 6 months. Items must be returned to OSKER online and not in-stores for a refund. We can only offer an exchange for online purchases if they are returned in-store.

Please Note: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a store credit, exchange or refund unless deemed faulty. All earring products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

 

Returns Policy - Online Store

 

Returns will only be accepted if;

- the goods were purchased from our OSKER website;

- the goods are in saleable condition;

- in their original packaging with all tags attached;

- the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;

- you notify us to exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods;

- the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided and goods are returned to us within 7 days.

We do not credit original shipping fees unless deemed faulty.

All shipping costs in relation to the return of the item to our warehouse must be arranged and prepaid for by the customer. All returned goods will be the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse so please ensure there is a tracking number when sending the goods back to us and that it is properly packaged to avoid any damages during transit.

Returns Policy - In-store

 

For all items purchased in-stores, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. 

Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for aexchange or store credit. All store credits are valid for 3 months. All earring products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Returns are permitted where:

- the goods were purchased via our OSKER stores;

- the items are in saleable condition;

- in their original packaging with all tags attached;

- the items have not been worn, damaged or washed;

- you notify us for a return/exchange within 7 days of receipt;

- the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided;

- the items are faulty (unless caused by you)

Please Note: We require all items to be returned for inspection. For minor manufacturer faults, we will happily provide a repair, replacement or credit. Any faults determined as general wear and tear nature such as pulling, accidental breakage, contact with substances that affect the metals are not deemed as faulty.

 

 

How to Return / Exchange

 

  1. Request your Return Authorisation Number (R.A.) by emailing hello@oskerthelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order and item must be returned within 7 days.
    2. Please include in email your Customer Order Number, and which item(s) you would like to return/exchange.
    3. Once your return/exchange has been approved we will send you an email with your (R.A.) number.
    4. Complete the Returns & Exchange form and send to the provided address with the returned item/s. 

 

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your return/exchange within 5 business days. Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
